My passion is that everyone live a lower-stressed life while understanding which food and lifestyle choices support the lifestyle they desire. I recognize that everyone goes through challenging times which can be manifested as not showing self-love, emotional eating, mis-managing stress, or difficulty shedding some excess weight.
Prior to becoming a Certified Health and Life Coach, I sought out a lifestyle change. As a people-pleaser and a perfectionist, I always felt the need to go above and beyond for everyone and, when things in life didn’t meet my perfectionist-expectations, coped with food.
With the help of my own Health and Life Coach, I was able to make small shifts to both my mindset and my lifestyle which allowed me to subtly create new habits that aligned with my goals. The experience had such an impact on my life, that I decided to become a Health Coach, and even improved on the process along the way.
